  • Anni Albers, The “Designer’s Artist” Who Put Women on the Grid. “Anni Albers is very much a designer’s artist,” says Priyesh Mistry, one of the curators of the Tate Modern’s vast retrospective of her work (11 October 2018 – 27 January 2019). “She was a teacher, an artist, a designer, an architect… and she wouldn’t separate those. She just didn’t have those boundaries.”

  • BA (HONS) Conservation: Books & Paper – new for 2020 We are excited to announce that, subject to validation, we will be offering a new pathway in books & paper conservation, starting in 2020. We will be extending the Conservation Department by adding a new Books & Paper Conservation study area with new, specialist studios and labs. Really good to see this new course which I hope will go ahead after validation.
